[2 stroke] Twin 350cc development ?

I want a stroker with about 90BHP for trackdays, so I was building a KX500 powered KR1S, but after my second attempt making an engine mounting cradle with rubbers, it still vibrates soo much. I know it's not the best balanced engine, but I feel like I will never like the amount of vibrations, no matter how much I can get rid of them.

So my next plan is to put in a 400+ RD350 motor. Already bought a basketcase full of YPVS parts and another complete bottom end is on it's way.

Idealy I would like a 64x64 meaning just dropping in a +10mm stroker crank with original bores, but feel like it needs too much trenching of the cases, and as the cranks are not balanced, the more stroke the more it'll be out of balance.
So I'd settle for a 66x61 (=417cc).

In the states everything is available for reasonable prices, but when ading post and the possible import taxes, the reasonable is much less reasonable. So I'm looking for parts in Europe, but appart from the standard +4mm crank and the athena kits it's hard to find. Anybody know of some vendors overhere ?

And as I do not have any piston's I can not do any measurements. Does anybody know if a +7mm crank could still work with original cylinders ?

je suis à la recherche de 2 cylindres Banshee stock (donc sans "tuning"). Les alésages peuvent être abimer (je préfère même) ou ré-aleser à leur maximum, parce que je vais mettre des nouveaux chémises.

J'ai 3 cylindres YPVS (aussi abimer aux alésages) que je peut échanger contre 2 cylindres Banshee.

je ne savais pas où poster cette doc sur l' Armstrong 350 CM36 mais il me semble que ce sujet parle à un moment de ce moteur 350 en ligne ... alors pourquoi pas ...
