2008
4th Red Bull AMA U.S. Rookies Cup. Making the transition from motocrosser to road racer was just not a problem, rapid progress and a stunning run of 2 wins and a 2nd to conclude the season.

2009
6th Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup. Best results 3rd places in Assen, Sachsenring and the final race in Brno. Add to that a 4th and a 5th and it was a great debut season in Europe making him one of the finds of the season. 6th in AMA Supersport at New Jersey Motorsports Park first 600 race


Stepping from a motocross background into road racing for the 2008 Red Bull AMA U.S. Rookies Cup he soon found that the change to tarmac was just right for him. He made dramatic progress through the year and carried that over to Europe for the 2009 season where he learnt the tracks and got steadily faster.

He starts the 2010 season as one of the strong favourites and hopes to follow his heroes Ben Spies and Colin Edwards into Grand Prix racing. He has the right background for such aims; “My dad raced all his life and I just picked it up from him. I want to make it into MotoGP one day and become a successful racer.”

When not on his race bike or dirt bike he likes to ride his bicycle and at school enjoys Spanish, something that will no doubt help him as his career develops.

Et Daijiro HIURA?

Daijiro devrait rouler en Moto2 CEV la saison prochaine avec un team* très proche du HR43
Matthiew Scholtz aussi en Moto2 CEV et peut etre meme avec le team HR43

Jacob Gagne peut etre va t'il faire comme certains de ses prédécesseur Americains de la RedBull, rester aux USA et faire l'AMA 600.



*Marc, comme tu le sais déjà la Moto2 du team HR43 et la Moto2 de Baldolini, Team Caretta, sont les motos. Les chassis valent ce qu'ils valent, mais 5 motos complète avaient été fabriqué a la demande de 3 entitées, le Team Caretta, le Team HR43 et un troisième tiers dont j'ai oublié le nom, bref !
Le Team HR43 vient de racheter tous le matos et motos du Team Caretta à 50% avec Obi Hueda (desolé j'ai ptetre pas bien ecris son nom....) pour son poulin Daijiro.
