[Vous devez être inscrit et connecté pour voir cette image] One of 3 ( depending who you talk to ) Cheney framed TD2 motored ,
Yamaha roadracers Phil Read had built to win the 1971 world championship . He raced all 3 in different configurations using different combinations of
Yamaha drum brakes and Dunstall brakes and Dunstall forks and Ceriani forks . I was building it with Ceriani forks , TZ wheels ( the extra wheels in the pics are the correct akront rims that go with it ) , and Lockheed or Grimeca brakes until I found the correct Dunstall parts . 2 tanks , both have dents . Correct TD2B motor but NO original Helmut Fath dry clutch setup and NOT raced by Phil . Correct Krober Ign. and tach . Correct TD2 pipes . Original TD2B seat with original oil tank but it has unfortunately been shortened but I have a new repro seat to take the front piece thats missing off of . I also have a tupperware container filled with other misc NOS and used parts that go with it , a picture of Phil Read signed , racing the bike , ect. TOO many projects that I'm never going to finish . THE BIKE IS NOT A STOCK TD2B !!!!!!!! THE FRAME WAS BUILT BY ERIC CHENEY ! Cheney only built these frames for Phil Read . This one was found In Au. and then went to Hamburg Germany and then I imported it here.
